Refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly called the Distance Selling Regulations), our service begins immediately upon payment being taken.

As Reg Dealers Limited provides bespoke services and customised goods, no cooling-off period or refunds are given. We enter into legally binding contracts with the DVLA and third parties on the Purchaser's behalf, which cannot be changed or canceled.
